Project Management :
We provide a wide range of services in project management to work as a part of client’s team from conception to the closure of the project. No matter what the size and location of the project is, we have the expertise and experience to exceed your expectations. Our project management services include following services covering pre contract, post contract as well as monitoring and controlling phases of the project.

Initiation, Planning and Execution
  • Feasibility Studies
  • Defining the scope of the Project
  • Preparation of  preliminary drawings incorporating services requirement
  • Reviewing with client and modifying as required
  • Preliminary drawings with preliminary cost estimates
  • Preparation of the specification and Bill of Quantity.
  • Detail drawings and draft tender document
  • Reviewing with Client and incorporating changes
  • Final detailed drawings and tender documents
  • Evaluation of tenders and evaluation reports

Monitoring and Controlling
  • Conducting progress review meetings at site with all the parties and keeping records.
  • Reviewing construction program and materials approval schedules of the contractor and advising the client. 
  • Reviewing of monthly progress against approved program, labor strength and material delivery. 
  • Preparation of cash flow and certification of monthly bill along with financial statement showing financial status and advance information about variations 
  • Appoint quantity surveyor to site for measurement and sent report to head office every month
  • Evaluate contractor’s bill and certification
  • Documentation of technical and commercial related matters.

Closing
  • Final payment evaluation and certification
  • Monitoring and liaising with contractor/client to close construction snags out

Civil Construction :
We undertake civil construction projects for a range of development projects all across the Sultanate of Oman. This includes

Building Maintenance :

MEP Installations and Infrastructure Development :
We undertake MEP design and installations works ranging from installation and commissioning of pumps, pipes, valves, motors and HVAC systems to infrastructure uPVC pipe work systems.
