We are a building construction, maintenance and a project management firm based in Muscat, the Sultanate of Oman. Originally established in 2004 as a Grade III Trading entity, it was upgraded to a limited liability company in 2007, becoming SBT LLC.
SBT has been rendering Engineering Consultancy, Project Management Services & minor contracts to prestigious clients in Oman including one of the best performing Companies listed on the local Omani Stock Market as well as Oman’s largest Oil and Gas Company. SBT is also registered and pre-qualified with all the major entities in Oman.
SBT has a qualified team of Professional Engineers, Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Managers and Construction Technicians as well as a strong pool of permanent specialists in various technical and management disciplines.

Quality and HSE
At SBT, people and environment are of utmost importance to us and we adapt a strict HSE Policy as we strongly believe health, safety, quality and protection of the environment as integral parts of our business management. Thus, we manage our business complying with all applicable health, safety and environmental legislation and giving due considerations to industry best practices while continuously monitoring and improving HSE aspect of our business to make sure these areas are on par with all other major elements of our business.
We constantly evaluate our Quality Management System, which is in line with requirements of ISO standards and currently we are in the process of obtaining ISO 9001:2008 certification.
In order to set ground rules on safety, quality and environment safeguard we implement comprehensive project specific safety and quality plans prior to commencement of construction phase.
